    Register at origin.

    The producer signs the lot into existence (quantity, origin, certifications) and prints its label.

    Hand off with two signatures.

    The sender declares the count and seal. The receiver checks them and signs, records an exception, or refuses.

    Verify anywhere.

    The label's code opens the passport and re-checks every record against the ledger.

Cold chain

Breaks stay on the record.

Out-of-range readings become a flag that follows the batch. It can be answered, never deleted.
